Cancel your subscription through the platform where you purchased it. Deleting the MyTunes app does not cancel an active subscription.
If you subscribed through Google Play
Open Google Play Store, go to your profile, open Payments & subscriptions, select Subscriptions, choose MyTunes, and follow the cancellation steps.
If you subscribed through the App Store
Open your device Settings, tap your Apple Account, open Subscriptions, select MyTunes, and follow the cancellation steps.
After cancellation, access usually remains available until the end of the current billing period, subject to the store’s rules. If you need help, contact MyTunes support with the platform used for purchase.
